Si se a\u00f1ade el hecho de ser m\u00e9dico todav\u00eda son m\u00e1s las dificultades para sobrevivir a todo ello. \u00a1Pero no hay nada imposible si te lo propones!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta charla explicar\u00e9 mi experiencia personal y hablar\u00e9 de lo importante que es construir una sociedad en la que la conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida familiar y laboral sea posible, para beneficio de todos. Tambi\u00e9n pondr\u00e9 de relieve c\u00f3mo los liderazgos en femenino pueden favorecer una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s aterrizada del cuidado de la persona en las empresas y especialmente en el \u00e1mbito sanitario.
